Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Catering Supervisor for DINE on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. You will oversee catering operations, ensure high standards of food quality and customer service, and support the team in delivering exceptional experiences.

With at least two years in catering and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, you’ll motivate staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain Health & Safety standards while representing the Compass brand across sites.

Formación

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated with a desire to upskill.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and developing teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance.
