Job summary

Falmouth Exeter Plus is recruiting a Gardener to join our busy team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will maintain the grounds at the Penryn and Falmouth Campuses to a professional standard, supporting staff, students and the local community.

Reporting to the Grounds Supervisor, the role requires practical experience in grounds maintenance, a good fitness level and a willingness to work in all weather conditions. Full-time position with regular weekend work on occasions.

Qualifications

• Experience in general grounds maintenance is preferred.
• Good level of fitness to enable working on different terrains and heavy work.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety applications and willingness to develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds and gardens at Penryn and Falmouth Campuses to a professional standard.
• Work under the guidance of the Grounds Supervisor as part of a busy team.
• Be prepared to work in all weather conditions and on different terrains.
