The Roebuck in Borough, part of Parched Ltd, is seeking a supervisor to lead hospitality staff and uphold our standards. You will oversee team shifts, train new colleagues, and ensure excellent guest service in a relaxed, sociable pub environment.

The Roebuck, based in Borough, is a beautiful, Victorian pub with a large outside area and a relaxed upstairs lounge. The Roebuck is part of Parched Ltd, a small group of south London pubs which are passionate about hospitality and sustainability....

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in supervising fellow work colleagues in a hospitality setting
• Experience in leading quieter shifts on your own, training new staff and upholding company standards
• Strong customer service skills
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude, great eye for detail and a good work ethic
• An individual with great personality whom customers can recognise as being knowledgeable & "in charge"
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK & fluent English
