Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Tower Hamlets is seeking a calm Autism Support Worker to join a warm, inclusive primary and secondary school. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, working closely with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe, structured learning environment.

You’ll help pupils develop communication, social and emotional skills, bringing patience and practical strategies every day, with ongoing training and a dedicated consultant on hand to support you.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND, especially autism.
• School-based experience is a plus.
• Great communicator with pupils, staff and parents.
• Nurturing, flexible approach with belief in every child’s potential.

Responsibilities
