Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Tower Hamlets is seeking an Autism Support Worker to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism in a warm, inclusive school.

You will work with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe, structured and joyful learning environment, helping children develop communication, social and emotional skills and celebrating every step you help them take.

All applicants will undergo safeguarding checks, and training in safeguarding and DBS will be provided.

Autism Support Worker

You’ll be working full-time, supporting children with autism to thrive in a warm, inclusive environment where every small win is a big deal.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
