Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Tower Hamlets is seeking an Autism Support Worker to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism in a warm, inclusive school.

You will work with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe, structured and joyful learning environment, helping children develop communication, social and emotional skills and celebrating every step you help them take.

All applicants will undergo safeguarding checks, and training in safeguarding and DBS will be provided.

• Experience supporting children with SEND, especially autism.
• Nurturing, flexible approach and belief in every child's potential.
• Great communicator who works well with pupils, staff and parents alike.
• Ready to roll up sleeves and make a difference.
