Job summary

McGregor Boyall is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a new engineering team building a cloud-native platform in partnership with a leading cloud provider. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable services using modern technologies within an Agile framework.

You will gain exposure to AWS architecture, Lambda, API Gateway, and AppSync while working on large-scale, business-critical systems in a hybrid UK setup. Strong focus on best practices and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a Full Stack, Front-End, or Back-End Engineer.
• Microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Financial services or trading systems experience.
• Messaging technologies (AMQP, Solace, Pub/Sub).
• Open-source contributions.
• Regulatory project experience.
