Job summary

Apollo Research is building Watcher, a coding agent security product, with a focus on end-to-end feature ownership across the stack. You will ship features from agent hooks to dashboards, while shaping the product with a small, fast-moving team.

You will own production-ready research turned into features, design scalable backend systems, and work on enterprise integrations and deployment models (cloud/on-prem). This IC role offers high growth and potential leadership later.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software.
• Full-stack capability across backend APIs, data pipelines and frontend UI.
• High ownership and fast decision-making in a startup pace.
• Experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Ship product end to end across the stack, including ingestion pipelines and real-time monitoring UI.
• Own features from requirements to production and iterate based on usage.
• Build enterprise integrations and security guardrails for deployments.
• Design and operate scalable backend systems for high-volume logs and analytics.
