Octocom is building agentic AI products that power support and sales. We seek a product-minded engineer to build agentic AI applications across backend and frontend, owning outcomes end-to-end rather than tickets.

You will ship complete, useful products with solid engineering underpinnings and interfaces that users love. Bring hands-on AI experience, frontend polish, and strong product judgment to drive real impact.

About Octocom

Every day, support teams spend thousands of hours on the same questions. Where is my order? How do I return this? Which product should I choose? Can I change my delivery address?

Octocom builds AI agents for support and sales for consumer businesses. Our agents handle conversations independently across chat, email, and phone, from order tracking and returns to product guidance and order changes. Businesses get faster responses, lower support costs, and more sales.

We grew 10x in 2025 and are on track to do it again in 2026. Our AI has already handled hundreds of millions of customer conversations. We keep things direct: few meetings, no politics, clear responsibility, and honest feedback.

The role

Octocom's AI agents don't just answer questions. They track orders, process returns, recommend products, and change orders on behalf of real customers.

You'll build the agentic AI applications and product capabilities behind that. You'll work across backend and frontend to ship complete, useful products, and own the outcome rather than a ticket.
