Job summary

SproutsAI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise workflows. You will build scalable back-end and full-stack systems in Python (with Go exposure) and own features from discovery to production.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand processes, integrate agents with core systems, and contribute to reusable platform capabilities in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Software Engineer, Full Stack

The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI agents. This is a hands-on engineering role with exposure to the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer problems and designing solutions to building, evaluating, launching and improving AI-powered systems in production. You will work closely with customers, product teams and other engineers while contributing to the core platform.
