Octocom is rebuilding its dashboard into a world-class agentic AI helpdesk. You’ll shape how the product is organized, how users understand and operate it, and how the backend supports the frontend experience.

You’ll own information architecture, build a reusable component system, and craft a precise UI that communicates settings and decisions clearly. This frontend-led role will drive a large rework with end-to-end impact.

Qualificações

• Experience building large front-end dashboards.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills.
• Ability to define UI architecture and reusable components.
• Comfort with SQL queries and backend data considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Own information architecture of the dashboard and its settings pages.
• Create a reusable component system for consistent UI.
• Lead UI craft: typography, spacing, hierarchy, interaction design.
• Ensure clarity: every page shows its function and required user action.
• Provide in-product guidance and documentation.
• Tackle end-to-end changes, including backend integration.
