Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience across full-stack development.
• Proven ability to design, implement and deliver complex software with limited supervision.
• Comfort working with both modern and legacy codebases (VB.NET/C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web Forms).
• Experience with Azure cloud and modern delivery patterns (API, automation, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain full-stack software across web apps, backend services, APIs and integrations.
• Break down medium-to-large problems into clear, maintainable technical tasks and identify risks.
• Own quality, security, performance and supportability of code produced.
• Perform thoughtful code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Write unit, integration and automated tests; improve testability with QA.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers through pairing and reviews.
