Job summary

BIOS Health Ltd is seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer in Cambridge to own frontend, backend, and DevOps for Neurotune. You will work on a React + TypeScript SPA, a Python async service with Postgres, and a Terraform‑managed cloud environment.

The role blends frontend and backend with a strong emphasis on security and multi‑tenant data isolation. Applicants should have 3+ years' production experience, Python, Terraform, Docker, and cloud exposure (GCP preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full‑stack experience owning production web applications end to end.
• Solid Python experience with an async web framework.
• Production experience with Terraform, Docker, and a major cloud (GCP preferred).
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience with per‑tenant schemas and data isolation.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend: React app, frontend quality, tests, and visualisations.
• Own backend: REST surface, async SQL, data models, and multi‑tenant schemas.
• Own DevOps: cloud infra, CI/CD, security, observability, and compliance.
