Job summary

Copello is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer in Gloucester, offering a hybrid work model. The role focuses on scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and data processing systems, with exposure to Hadoop and distributed technologies.

You will automate deployment with Ansible, use GitLab CI/CD, and apply SRE practices to improve reliability, performance and availability across production services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with big data processing and distributed systems.
• Hands-on with Hadoop or similar distributed tech.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of SRE principles, monitoring and production support.
