Job summary

Copello Global Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a contract role in Gloucester, with 5 days onsite at Gloucester Business Park / Customer Site.

The role runs through to 31/03/2027 with a day rate of £650-£670. IR35 is Inside and the project requires the highest level of government clearance.

You will contribute to the scrum team, decompose epics, write clean, secure code, and collaborate with the Technical Lead to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Java, Apache Pig or Python knowledge.
• Self-driven with ability to work in an agile scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing direction within the scrum team.
• Liaise with the Technical Lead.
• Decompose epics and stories.
• Write clean, secure code with a test-driven approach.
• Create code that is open by default and reusable.
• Produce detailed designs.
• Document work using required standards and tools.
• Work with emerging technologies and identify patterns.
• Maintain and develop architectural components.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and daily stand-ups.
