I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join an ambitious and talented team working on an early-stage product with significant potential. The team is rebuilding infrastructure in a legacy industry from scratch, emphasizing collaboration and innovation.

Location: Brighton

Working Policy: Onsite full-time, due to early-stage team dynamics

Salary: Up to £100,000 (dependent on experience) + equity

Interview Process: 3 stages, designed to be fast and respectful of your time
