I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join one of the most ambitious, talented, and genuinely brilliant teams I’ve worked with. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with proven founders on an early-stage product with huge potential. They're rebuilding the infrastructure of a legacy industry from the ground up - no silos, no red tape.

? Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + meaningful equity - it's a brilliant time to join

You'll be a Full Stack Software Engineer in a small, fast-paced team, working across frontend and backend to ship real features using C#, .NET, React, and Azure. You must be confident across the stack - this role offers real autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

This isn’t just an engineering role. You’ll be actively involved in commercial decisions, product strategy, and user conversations - not just handed tickets.

• Mid–Senior Full Stack Software Engineers — while we don’t fixate on years, 3+ years' experience is typically what we'd expect. We need engineers to hit the ground running.
• Strong across C#, .NET, and React
• Passionate about building great products users actually love. Experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS would be highly advantageous but by no means an essential.
