I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented and ambitious team working on an early-stage product with significant potential. The team is rebuilding the infrastructure of a legacy industry from the ground up, emphasizing collaboration and innovation.

Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK

Working Policy: Onsite full-time due to the early-stage nature and collaborative needs of the team.

Salary: Up to £100,000 (dependent on experience) plus meaningful equity.
