I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented early-stage team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with proven founders on a product with significant potential, rebuilding infrastructure in a legacy industry from scratch.

Location: Bedford

Working Policy: Onsite full-time - in-person collaboration is highly valued at this early stage.

Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + equity.

Interview Process: 3 stages, designed to be fast and efficient.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work across frontend and backend, using C#, .NET, React, and Azure. You should be confident across the stack, with autonomy and ownership of features.

This role involves participation in product decisions, strategy, and user engagement, beyond just coding tasks.
