WTW is seeking a full-stack developer to join its Insurtech unit in the UK. You will help move from AI-assisted coding toward agentic software development, shaping design decisions and orchestrating AI-driven work within governed pipelines.

You’ll work with the Product Owner to refine the backlog, build software that meets requirements, and write tests while continuously improving engineering practices and delivery velocity.

Formación

• Solid full-stack experience across modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience working in cloud/SaaS environments.
• Comfortable in Agile/scrum teams and collaborating with Product.

Responsabilidades

• Define, refine and deliver the product backlog with Product Owner.
• Design and build software solutions, leveraging AI coding tools.
• Write and maintain unit tests and automated test cases.
• Review and debug code to improve performance and reduce technical debt.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive team velocity.
