Job summary

Unmind is hiring a Software Engineer (Full Stack) to ship features that help employees of enterprise clients find the right mental health support. You’ll work with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, Golang and SQL, and use Claude Code to enhance development.

This is a remote-first role with monthly travel to London. You’ll join a team focused on reliability, security, and delivering impact for clients like Uber, Disney, and the NHS, while growing your AI-enabled capabilities in a

Qualifications

• Experience as a backend-leaning engineer with full-stack capability across modern web tech.
• Familiarity with building reliable, observable, secure software for enterprise clients.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development practices and Claude Code or similar tools.
• Ability to ship end-to-end features with a focus on performance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end, from design through testing and deployment.
• Own the design of deliverables and make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Respond to incidents and improve observability and security.
• Tackle technical debt and upgrade dependencies when it unlocks delivery.
• Embed AI into development workflow using Claude Code.
