Job summary

Descrial is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for its UK core team in London. You’ll design, build and ship features end-to-end using TypeScript/React on the frontend and Python (FastAPI/Django) on the backend, with PostgreSQL as the source of truth on AWS.

Security, tenant isolation and a polished UX are central as we handle confidential financial data. You’ll work across product, frontend, backend, AI-enabled features and operations, ensuring robust APIs, scalable data models and real-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with full-stack ownership.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills in production.
• Backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Django).
• PostgreSQL data modelling and multi-tenant design.
• Experience on AWS, CI/CD and containers.
• Leadership in architecture and technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and build frontend interfaces in TypeScript/React.
• Develop Python backend services and REST APIs.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with migrations and indexing.
• Implement authentication, multi-tenant security and access control.
• Collaborate with AI team and integrate AI features.
