Motion Applied is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to develop ATLAS Web experiences, blending modern frontend tech with AI-enabled workflows. You will bridge frontend, backend, and AI integration to create intuitive engineering tools.

Responsibilities include building ATLAS Web platforms, AI Copilot interfaces, and reusable dashboards, while collaborating with Product and UX teams to evolve the platform with scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

Role Purpose

The Full-Stack Engineer will develop the next generation of ATLAS user experiences, combining modern web technologies with AI-powered workflows.

This role will be responsible for delivering ATLAS Web, AI-enabled engineering interfaces, copilot experiences, and reusable web application frameworks that form the future customer-facing experience of the ATLAS platform.

The successful candidate will bridge frontend, backend and AI integration disciplines to create highly intuitive engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

ATLAS Web Development

• Design and build ATLAS Web applications.
• Develop modern engineering user experiences.
• Create reusable frontend components and frameworks.
• Improve usability, performance and responsiveness.

AI Experience Development

• Develop ATLAS AI Copilot user interfaces.
• Build conversational and workflow-driven experiences.
• Integrate AI-generated insights into engineering workflows.
• Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted analysis.

Full Stack Development

• Develop frontend and backend application features.
• Build APIs supporting ATLAS Web experiences.
• Integrate with existing ATLAS platform services.
• Support authentication and authorisation frameworks.

Data Visualisation

• Create modern engineering dashboards.
• Build telemetry and analytics visualisations.
• Develop interactive data exploration capabilities.
• Support real-time engineering workflows.

Product Development

• Work closely with Product Management and UX teams.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews.
• Contribute to ATLAS platform evolution.

Quality & Delivery

• Develop automated tests.
• Maintain application quality and performance.
• Support release management and deployment activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
