- Experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
- The ability to execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, from employer branding to candidate management and interview process optimization.
- Robust analytical capabilities to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
