We are looking to hire a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our AUTA Recruiting team to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, organization, prioritization and communication skills as well as attention to detail. They will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English or a second European language would be preferred.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation.
Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative.
Experience in a campus recruitment environment.
Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
