Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader for our stores. You will lead a fast-paced team, coordinate daily tasks, coach colleagues on the job, and always put the customer at the heart of what we do.

You’ll work within set weekly availability windows, with 16 guaranteed hours per week (minimum 12 if you prefer). Pay starts at £14.76 per hour and rises to £15.97 in stores inside the M25, with additional payments depending on location.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and supervising a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours across the week.
• Strong customer service orientation and coaching skills.
