Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams, deliver excellent customer service, and manage day-to-day operations with flexibility. You will lead in the Manager’s absence, coach colleagues, and help implement store-wide improvements while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and teammates.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.
