Job Title: Inbound Warehouse Manager

As an Inbound Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the receiving, picking, and replenishment operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing workflow. This role offers the start of a career within a large global retail company with opportunities to grow and develop.

What We Offer

1. The start date of employment will be: June 2025
2. The starting salary for this role is £30,564 per annum, based on skills and experience.
3. 39 hours working 5 days per week, including evenings and alternate weekends. The role is primarily days, but as the operation is 24 hours, occasional night shifts (between 10pm and 6am) may be required.

3. Ensure compliance with IKEA's code of conduct, procedures, regulations, and legislation related to health, safety, security, and environment.
4. Coach, develop, and inspire the Fulfilment Operations team, supporting diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
