Job summary

Pet Drugs Online, part of the IVC Evidensia Group, is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Manager to own our picking, packing and dispatch operations. You will translate demand into labour plans, balance workload across shifts and drive operational excellence to deliver on-time orders.

Reporting to the Head of Warehouse Operations, you will lead six Team Leaders, coach the team, improve productivity and safety, and collaborate across functions to ensure stock availability and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-volume fulfilment, warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong people management skills with experience leading supervisors, team leaders or shift managers.
• Excellent labour planning and operational control capabilities.
• Good understanding of picking, packing and dispatch processes.
• Experience using operational data and performance metrics to drive results.
• Hands-on leadership style with coaching and development focus.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to implement change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day fulfilment operation across picking, packing and dispatch.
• Create labour and shift plans that align resources with customer demand.
• Monitor performance and proactively manage operational challenges.
• Ensure carrier cut-off times are achieved and orders dispatched on time.
• Coach, develop and hold Team Leaders accountable for performance and safety.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues to ensure stock availability.
• Use data and KPIs to identify issues and support decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and housekeeping.
