The Solution House UK Limited is seeking a Fulfilment Manager in York to oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from receipt to delivery. You will manage picking/packing, warehouse operations, inventory, order tracking and shipping preparation to meet SLAs and customer expectations.

Working closely with warehouse staff, printing, carriers, manufacturers and suppliers, you will drive efficiency and accuracy, aiming for fast, cost-effective order fulfilment and continuous process

Jobbeschreibung

The Fulfilment Manager has the responsibility for the end-to-end control over the order fulfilment process, from order receiving and processing all the way through to delivery. You are responsible for all fulfilment (including picking and packing), warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation. The role is highly collaborative in nature as you will work closely with warehouse staff, printing department, carriers, manufacturers, suppliers and other team members to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met.

The Fulfilment Manager is expected to be versed in the company’s warehousing and inventory management system that is provided to improve supply chain efficiency.

Ultimately, as Fulfilment Manager your goal should be to see orders fulfilled as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible. Reporting directly into Production Manager
