Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Fulfilment Coordinator to coordinate customer order fulfilment, ensuring stock is picked, processed and shipped on time while supporting production planning and delivery commitments.

The role involves liaising with Scheduling, Stores, Shipping and Customer Service to resolve fulfilment issues and escalate constraints to keep shipments on track, in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, logistics, stores, shipping or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment and inventory coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to transaction accuracy.
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace setting.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage delivery-focused activities.

Responsibilities

• Review daily sales and shipment opportunity reports to identify fulfilment priorities.
• Coordinate the picking, processing and shipment of available inventory.
• Prioritise urgent and high-value customer orders.
• Work closely with Scheduling, Stores, Shipping and Customer Service teams to resolve fulfilment issues.
• Escalate material or process constraints that may affect customer shipments.
• Support the recovery of overdue and at-risk customer orders.
• Provide regular updates on shipment status, priorities and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate order and shipping transactions within relevant systems.
