Gi Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a premier online gifting brand in Tamworth. You will join a core fulfilment team, with competitive hourly rates, consistent weekly hours, and potential long-term progression.

The role supports a 7-day rota and involves picking, packing, stock control, and use of handheld scanners. Applicants should have warehouse experience or transferable skills, provide Right to Work in the UK, and pass basicEnglish/numeracy assessments.

Qualifications

• Basic written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Positive flexible attitude and punctuality
• Ability to pass a basic English and numeracy test
• Experience in warehouse roles is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting and packing customer orders (including gifts)
• Safely moving and organizing stock across warehouse floors
• Using handheld scanners and standard fulfilment equipment
• Preparing, labelling and boxing orders for dispatch
• Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining records
• Working to daily targets and KPIs while keeping work area clean
• Handling packaged alcohol products securely where required
• Adhering to site health and safety protocols
