Fastenal Europe Glasgow is recruiting a motivated team member for onsite warehouse operations, inventory handling, and customer deliveries across Scotland. You will contribute to day-to-day sales support in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

Based at our Glasgow branch, you will receive in-house training through the Fastenal School of Business and opportunities for career progression within a large international organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hold a current full UK Manual driving license (including any graduated license requirements).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong math aptitude with attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented.

• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages regularly.

Overview

Working as a team member, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the products and service they need, when they need them. Based from our Glasgow branch, this position combines warehouse operations, customer deliveries, and day-to-day sales support activities in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

You will be responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and delivering products directly to customer locations throughout Scotland. The role also involves maintaining inventory levels, supporting customer site stock management programs, and

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Whether working in the warehouse, on the road, or at a customer site, you will help ensure operational excellence and contribute to the continued success of our customers and our business.

Required Position Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid UK Manual driver's license (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed

• Proficient computer skills
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
