Job Description

Salary: £30K per annum.

Hours: 08:45am - 17:00pm Monday to Thursday, with a 4pm finish on Friday.

  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the company's website and reporting mechanisms
  • Maintain and grow social media platforms, creating relevant content
  • Set up and analyze email marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid media campaigns across PPC, SEO, and social media
  • Create multimedia content for various channels
  • Coordinate email communications and optimize results
  • Manage relevant databases for email campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal departments on marketing strategies
  • Ensure effective brand communication online and through digital PR
  • Support internal and external events
  • Assist with photography, image sourcing, and brand filming
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials
  • Maintain branded promotional materials
  • Perform additional duties as required
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong team player with good relationship-building skills
  • Interest and experience in SEO and campaign reporting
  • Experience in CRM management and email marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple social media channels and grow audiences
  • Experience with paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/G4
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to develop engaging content
  • Creative thinking to differentiate from competitors
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of social media channels and their effective use
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
