Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Freezer Warehouse Operatives in Bristol for a fixed-shift, full-time role in a temperature-controlled environment.

Shifts include 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, with a Sunday-Thursday night option 10pm-6am. Pay rates are £16.16, £17.48 and £18.81 per hour, with overtime at £24.24. Applicants need their own vehicle to reach the site; full training provided; canteen, parking and free meals on site.

Qualifications

Experience in a chilled or frozen warehouse environment.
Willingness to undergo full training.
Ability to work in a frozen environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately using voice picking systems.
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
Ensuring products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed.
Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting stock discrepancies.
Working to productivity and performance targets.
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised.
Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company procedures.
Supporting colleagues and contributing to team objectives.
Reporting damaged products, equipment faults, or safety concerns immediately.
