Job summary

Culina Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team for night operations. Work is in a modern, fast-paced chilled warehouse, 12-hour nights, 4 on 4 off, 19:00–07:00, including weekends. Temperature controlled environment between 2–4°C.

You will pick, load, unload, and scan pallets using RF guns, ensuring accurate orders and safety at all times. Overtime paid at 1.5x base rate; eligible for a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse.
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
