Job summary

The Range is seeking a First Line Manager for its Distribution Centre in the UK. The role is full-time and permanent with rotating shifts (5 days out of 7). You will lead a team of around 50, drive process improvements and ensure stock accuracy while upholding Health & Safety standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional peers in inventory, H&S, planning and HR, and contribute to achieving operational KPIs and cost-effective execution.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing in a warehouse environment.
• Warehouse systems with Red Prairie knowledge an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint for procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 50 colleagues in a warehouse setting.
• Drive process changes and KPI improvements with emphasis on Health & Safety.
• Coordinate with inventory, planning and HR to resolve deviations and actions.
• Stand in for Shift Manager and supervise shift handovers and staff engagement.
