Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Team Manager to lead on the shop floor across Fashion, Home & Beauty, driving exceptional service and commercial performance. You’ll set high standards, coach a multiskilled team, and shape daily operations to meet customer needs with speed and care.

You will be a visible leader, using data to inform decisions, embracing change, and modelling inclusive, customer-first behaviours in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to use data to improve results.
• Ability to coach, develop and performance-manage with clarity and empathy.
• Comfort handling difficult conversations with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multiskilled team on the shop floor to deliver standout service.
• Set and raise standards for service, safety, and availability to drive commercial results.
