Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment seeks a Supported Housing Officer for a 6-month contract in London with hybrid working. You will manage a patch of supported and sheltered housing, build strong resident relationships, and handle tenancy and neighbourhood management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience supporting vulnerable residents is preferred.
• Knowledge of ASB and tenancy management is desirable.
• Experience in Supported Housing, Housing Management, Tenancy Management or Neighbourhood Services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patch of supported and sheltered housing schemes.
• Build relationships with residents and carry out tenancy and neighbourhood management.
• Manage ASB cases, handle complaints, and undertake estate inspections.
• Support vulnerable customers and coordinate repairs with internal/external teams.
• Work with agencies to ensure residents receive appropriate support.
