Job summary

Capita, in support of the Selborne transformation, is delivering challenging training for Royal Navy Sonar maintenance. You will train students on Phase 3 equipment, aligning with WE Unit needs and using data to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes maintaining high standards, meeting KPIs, and delivering consistent training across locations, with opportunities to advance and gain qualifications within Capita's training network.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on/maintaining modern Royal Navy Sonar Systems.
• Proven ability to maintain Sonar systems.
• Level 4 teaching certificate (or equivalent) to enable training delivery.
• Military weapon engineering Sensor systems or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Experience in managing and maintaining RN WE sensors equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in maintenance of Royal Navy Sonar systems for RN WE training units.
• Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement in RN WE training.
• Identify best practices to inform quality and improvement across training establishments.
• Implement consistent systems to harmonise training delivery across RN locations.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while supporting personalised learning journeys.
