Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

You will lead a frontline team, manage deliveries, rotas, stock levels, and compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, while aiming to deliver outstanding customer service and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check and promptly store deliveries.
• Supervise a team and foster a welcoming environment.
• Be a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Produce weekly rotas per manager's guidelines.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance.
