Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for an M&S - Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

You will supervise a team, ensure deliveries are checked and stored properly, and act as a responsible key holder while maintaining excellent customer service and a positive work environment. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervise the team and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Create weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Place stock orders to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
