Job summary

Lancaster University Library Services is seeking proactive Library Services Advisors to join the User Services team in Bailrigg. You will respond to enquiries in person and online, support students, staff, researchers and community members, delivering frontline customer service across opening hours.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, reliability and the ability to work in a busy, team-based environment.
