Job summary

Nextech Group Limited is seeking an IT support specialist to join the small, busy IT team in the UK. You will be the frontline for internal IT, handling 1st line tickets and hands-on maintenance while collaborating with senior staff to maintain smooth operations.

You’ll work with Active Directory, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Momentus CRM, while gaining exposure to Microsoft 365 and Windows Server tasks. The role starts with 5 days onsite, then transitions to a hybrid pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous 1st line IT support or similar hands-on experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Active Directory (user/group management, permissions).
• Experience with Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• SharePoint site administration and permissions management.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or understanding of cloud concepts.
• Experience with Windows Server tasks.
• CRM experience and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Events or hospitality background preferred.
• Comfortable in a very small IT team.

Responsibilities

• 1st line support and troubleshooting across the internal user base
• User and group administration in Active Directory
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Conditional Access policies
• SharePoint site administration and permissions management
• Supporting and learning the Momentus CRM
• Basic Windows Server tasks – patching, printer setup, general troubleshooting
• Acting as a clear, approachable point of contact for non-technical staff
• Working closely with the wider tech team as the organisation brings support in-house
