Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. is seeking a proactive 1st Line IT Support Analyst in Manchester. You will be the front door of IT support for around 500 staff, diagnosing issues, performing first-time fixes and providing hands-on and remote assistance.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory, with a practical assessment in the recruitment process. A customer-service mindset and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving IT issues rather than simply logging tickets.
• Experience in supporting users across a mix of on-site and remote environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support across the organisation.
• Manage and triage tickets through NinjaOne.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, account and connectivity issues.
• Provide hands-on and remote support to users.
• Support head office staff through walk-up IT support.
• Support users across a national branch network.
