Job summary

Insight Global is hiring an IT Associate to join a global consulting company for frontline IT support in London. You’ll be the go‑to person for providing hands on support at IT Hub areas and will be responsible for building and configuring hardware for new hires and replacements, delivering a seamless “white glove” experience.

Key responsibilities include providing in-person technical support at IT Hub walk-up stations, delivering high-touch customer service to ensure a smooth user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 11, Mac and Microsoft Office.
• Ticketing systems experience (ideally ServiceNow).
• Imaging experience (preferably using Intune).
• Application setup and configuration experience.
• Familiar with Active Directory (e.g., password resets, account lockouts), troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person technical support at IT Hub walk-up stations.
• Build and configure laptops for new joiners and replacements.
• Log and manage IT service tickets to maintain efficient and responsive support operations.
• Assist with application setup and basic troubleshooting.
