Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment partners with an early-stage healthcare AI company to hire Forward Deployed Engineers. You’ll work at the intersection of customers, product and engineering to understand real-world problems and translate them into production-ready software.

You’ll build end-to-end features with Python/FastAPI and React, collaborate with healthcare customers, and own problems from initial conversations through deployment. Expect a hands-on role with real impact.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and modern web stacks.
• Experience deploying end-to-end features for production systems.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling and programmable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across Python/FastAPI and React.
• Work directly with healthcare customers to understand complex operational challenges.
• Turn messy, ambiguous requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Own problems from initial conversation through deployment and iteration.
• Feed insights from customers back into the core product to inform roadmaps.
• Influence what gets built and how it is implemented.
