Job summary

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an Emergency Care Assistant to support clinicians responding to 999 calls and provide essential patient care. You will assist with both emergency and non-emergency driving duties, and work shifts that include days, lates, nights, and weekends.

The role requires calmness under pressure and compassionate care. Training is provided through a comprehensive programme.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer care or healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively.
