Job summary

Whitbread's London St Pancras Premier Inn is recruiting for a Duty Manager. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with pay up to £15.86 per hour, permanent contract, and shifts including evenings and weekends at Clifton House, 88 Euston Road, London NW1 2RA.

You will lead in-hotel operations across reception, housekeeping and restaurant, support and coach the team, resolve guest queries, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly. Prior hotel experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead shifts and manage hotel teams.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to make quick, clear decisions.
• Remain calm under pressure in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
