Mitie is seeking a reliable Security Support Officer for a full-time site-based role in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact on site, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring safety for staff, visitors and property.

The role includes training and clear progression opportunities within a flexible setting. Responsibilities include maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring CCTV, managing access control and writing incident reports.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work alone and within a team.
• Reliable, professional and flexible attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Acting as a visible and approachable security presence.
• Keeping staff, visitors and the site safe and secure.
• Monitoring CCTV and responding to alarms.
• Managing access control and visitor entry.
• Writing clear incident reports and daily logs.
